Well-being and Self-Care Programme in Nature
A well-being programme that offers facilitated self-care and well-being activities in nature
You are welcome to join a facilitated self-care and well-being activities in nature for relaxing, recharging batteries and learning how to take better care of yourself. We pay special attention for creating a safe space for each individual. Everyone will have the opportunity to focus on their own journey – if you feel empowered through sharing your thoughts and experience, the group provides you the opportunity to do so. If you rather process your thoughts alone, that is perfectly fine too.
The programme is starting on the 2nd of October and consists of five individual sessions. You may participate on any of the individual sessions or join all of them. We have separate registration to each event. To make it easier for mothers of small children to participate, we provide also childcare with a small extra cost.
